YetepMat Zo has really done it all when it comes to electronic music, producing under multiple genres with the sound of one who’s spent years perfecting his craft. He may have disappointed some fans when he broke news of the delays to the release of his sophomore album, but now Self Assemble is on track for a new release date. The British DJ/producer shared with his fans on twitter that the follow-up to his 2013 album Damage Control will arrive on March 25th.
As a consolation for fans he’s released a track from the album titled “Soul Food” ahead of its release. The song’s soft, disco-like groove incorporates subtle elements of electro house making for a solid track.
Listen to “Soul Food” to tide your cravings over in the meantime, and stay tuned for the remainder of the album.
