YetepIn the past year we have seen this Canadian DJ/producer rise to new heights, or should I say depths, in deep, dark, electronic music. Released this Friday, October 7th, via the infamous mau5trap label, Rezz‘s new EP titled “Something Wrong Here” reflects her unique, dark, psychedelic sound. Working with artist Luis Colindres on the design, the cover art alone gives you a feel of just what kind of vibe the EP contains.
Often comparing her music to Gesaffelstein’s, the EP reflects that darkened sound that really only few DJ’s have successfully produced. With Rezz’s immense appearances in a variety of festivals and shows, and her ability to create a sound different from all others, her success within the industry will undoubtedly continue.
