Armed with the newest release from Spinnin’ Records, FelMax and WiDE AWAKE return with the smooth and groovy “Take It All,” featuring 2Down.
Venezuelan producer FelMax is no stranger to producing R&B inspired electronic bangers, but “Take It All” features the stylistic influences and edgier sound of WiDE AWAKE. Compared to FelMax’s previous “Make Love” collaboration with PURGE, “Take It All” projects brighter sounds than the former. Their new single proves FelMax is quickly becoming the master of collaboration:
“When WiDE AWAKE and I started working on ‘Take It All,’ we came up with a ton of different versions and worked on this song for nearly 6 months. I really thought the house version was going to be the one labels would decide to sign since its tempo might be a little more radio friendly, but this version was a bit more unique and Spinnin Records really dug the vibe we were going after,” said FelMax. “Overall, I’m super stoked on this release and for all the exciting releases I have coming the rest of the year.”
Even for the FelMax himself, the final version seemed to take all of us by surprise with its Jersey-house influences found mid-drop. 2Down’s vocals also compliment the track with its tasteful vocal restraint, giving soul only in the track’s essential drops. Up to the final second of the track, “Take It All” utilizes the best performances out of every artist involved. Grab the track here to experience the icy-cool vibes firsthand.
