QUIX and Matroda Release Powerful New Collaboration

QUIX and Matroda are some of the fastest-growing names in electronic music right now.  With both artists having music releases on major labels like Spinnin’ Records and Dim Mak, releasing hits like Quix’s “Supernatural” with Boombox Cartel or Matroda’s “Chronic,” and having their own summer tours, their styles have set the precedent for rule-breaking, forward-thinking, quality music within the ever-growing realm of bass and house music.  Now the two producers have teamed up for their newest collaboration: “Lambo.”

Embedding Matroda’s clever sound design with the unique and captivating rhythmic patterns from QUIX’s genius, “LAMBO” features bass-driven excitement through enticing sounds complex metering.  After a break section showcases the producers’ ability to explore a more orchestral sonic palate, the track intensifies back into an even more climactic drop, this time equipped with a sizzling lead synth paired with a dirty mid-bass. Describing the release of the powerful collaboration, QUIX commented that “Matroda is one of the most forward-thinking producers out there and it was a pleasure working with him on this track.”  He went on to say the collaboration was made in under a month, which helped keep the track authentic and fresh.
