Spin it Back Saturday: Zedd – Stay The Night ft. Hayley Williams

Chances are you have probably heard of Russian-German Electronic dance music producer Zedd. He’s earned Grammy’s, MTV music video awards, and more accolades than one can count. He’s one of the most well-known artists in the biz, not to mention one of the most prolific. For this week’s Spin it Back Saturday check out Zedd’s 2013 “Stay The Night” ft. Hayley Williams below.

It doesn’t get more throwback than Paramore, which is wear Hayley Williams found her claim to fame as their lead singer. The single is from Zedd’s debut studio album, Clarity and it received tremendous success, including reaching the number one spot on both Billboard‘s Hot Dance Club Songs and Dance/Mix Show Airplay. It’s sold millions of copies since it’s release.

The unifying of Alternative Rock and House music brings two very different elements together in “Stay The Night” to allow us to appreciate these two very talented individuals. Hayley’s iconic vocals paired with Zedd’s mastery of production leaves us with a single that topped the charts for three weeks shortly after its release.
