Yetep10 years ago, legendary Morgan Page dropped a seminal single, “The Longest Road” that paved a road of success for the artist. The original single dropped alongside a remix album that featured reworks from artists like Deadmau5 and Robbie Rivera. Fast forward to 2018, and Page is curating more remixes for that same emotional and hard-hitting song to celebrate the monumental success of “The Longest Road.” The Longest Road EP 01 and 02 dropped earlier this month and its stretching “The Longest Road” out even farther.
The celebratory EP features remixes from Ruben De Ronde, Elevven, and Likelike. Lifelike’s remix brings the original track to the modern day, with updated harmonies, synths and bass. Their version of the song has been renamed “The Electric Road.” When Ruben De Ronde and Elevven get hands on the track, they transform “The Longest Road” into an upbeat and danceable synth-filled masterpiece. They autotune Lisse’s famous vocals in a vibrant and colorful light.
Morgan Page has been on the forefront of the explosion of dance music for over a decade and has built himself an impressive mass following. He’s constantly on the road and has played major festivals like EDC, Coachella, Burning Man, and Ultra Music Festival. Also, he currently holds a residency at Daylight Nightclub in Las Vegas. Page also hosts a radio show In the Air on Sirius XM, which has broadcasted for over 8 years without interruptions. Morgan Page has accomplished so much since he started his journey on “The Longest Road” and we’re excited to see what 2019 has in store for the artist. Don’t miss Morgan Page this weekend when he helps ring in the new year at Decadence. Grab last minute tickets here.
