One artist rising from these depths that seems to take things a shade darker is i_o, who recently dropped his remix of “Imaginary Friends” on mau5trap. The producer brings the heat for a remix worthy of mau5trap, letting the original deadmau5 sound melt together with his own deep, bass-heavy style that submerges you in its darkness.

i_o is exploding from wherever he came from, with an impressive amount of original music already uploaded to his Soundcloud, including his recent track “404 Anonymous.” In addition to his own releases, he also has a collaboration with No Mana, other remixes (including additional releases on the mau5trap label) and mixes that are perfect for losing yourself in the techno.
