YetepEarly last month, rap gods Migos teamed up producer Mustard to drop “Pure Water,” a trap-influenced hip-hop banger. The track is packed with flashy lyrics about money, cars, and drop-dead gorgeous women and the song was praised highly by fans of both rap and electronic. Fast-forward to this month, and Migos & Mustard are accompanying “Pure Water” with an official music video. For this Watch it Wednesday we’re featuring the creative depiction. Check it out below.
Mustard, Migos – Pure Water
The music video for “Pure Water” is flashy and colorful, featuring a ton of dancers, actors, and the artists themselves. The music video features a paint-filled water balloon fight that transforms the set from a choreographed dance shoot into a battlefield. In the middle of the actors’ crossfire, is Mustard, Quavo, Offset, and Takeoff rapping in white jumpsuits. As the video progresses, Migos & Mustard are seen dancing on top of firetrucks, vibrant-colored stages, and construction equipment. The whole video is visually pleasing from start to finish.
Mustard is bringing the hip-hop to Phoenix Lights in less than a month at Rawhide on April 5th and 6th. Grab tickets here.
