YetepDiAndre & Vishal, who band together as Bandlez, started off as a couple of kids who met on the bus ride home from school when DiAndre heard Vishal listening to “Ghosts n Stuff” by deadmau5. Since then, they’ve been inflating their dreams into reality. They’ve nailed remixes for artists like Jauz, Sullivan King, Spaces Laces and Getter and have collaborated with artists like Blunts & Blondes on his track “Queen Bee.” Bandlez continue to utilize their creativity to fuel more new music, like their latest single “Mad Stacks” with Control Freak. Listen below.
The build to “Mad Stacks” is a stellar-sonic vibe, gravitating towards melodic outer space sounds. After the drop, however, the high-pitched dubstep sounds and rhythmic bassline bring a defined level of aggression that headbangers will relish in. On its own, it’s a great track, but it’s also inspiring to think of two guys who started out as childhood friends working on their craft together to bring their fans something really heavy. make sure to come early to support Bandlez when they open for Barely Alive at Gentle Ben’s and The Green Room. Get tickets for the Tucson show here and the Flagstaff show here.
