Los Angeles based duo Rob Gainley and Nick Shanholtz, aka Lost Kings, just released the music video for their latest track “I Miss The Future” ft. Jordan Shaw. Directed by Kyle Cogan, the video is a bittersweet reminder of all we missed in 2020, while paying homage to Rob’s father and those lost during the Covid-19 pandemic.

“This video was easily the most personal video we’ve made to date,” says Lost Kings. “We realize how many people as well as us were affected by the past year and a half and really wanted to capture those feelings that we felt in quarantine with the help from our director Kyle Cogan. He had an amazing vision for the song that really captured both of our stories over this period of time. This past year was so difficult, but we feel extremely fortunate that we get to be putting out music again.”
Good news is “hindsight is 2020” because Lost Kings are back and about to hit the road on their Miss The Future Tour. The 15-date tour will kick off this August in North Carolina and end on October 1st in Colorado. The duo will also make stops at Lollapolooza and EDC Las Vegas this year.
