YetepColorado-based producer Trevor Christensen, better known as Said the Sky, recently dropped an official remix of a wildly popular track stuck in everybody’s ‘memory.’ Country singer Kane Brown and alt-pop singer blackbear released their hit collaboration “Memory” in July of this year, and the track has surpassed 49 million streams to date.
Said the Sky was the perfect artist to take on the challenge of making a hit song even greater. Check out his remix to “Memory” below!
Kane Brown, blackbear – Memory (Said the Sky Remix)
Said the Sky opts for a more nuanced approach to this remix. Instead of transforming this song into a completely different one, he carefully dissects the song and opens it up, filling in the gaps and background to create an atmosphere full of beautiful acoustics. He keeps the message and mellow feel intact while creating something his of his own. His drops are full of future bass bliss that will keep us returning to this remix for months to come!
