House music maven Anna Lunoe’s EP Saturday Love has finally arrived. Released via NLV Records, the five-track EP transforms the club sound Lunoe has come to be known for and elevates her sonic palette into new heights. The prismatic collection kicks off with a whirling rush on the title track “Saturday Love,” a collaboration with vocalist Lulu Be. Fueled by driving basslines, “Double Dip” is rowdy and captivating, while “Alright” is youthful and gritty. Meanwhile, “Like Me” is melodic and kaleidoscopic, a dizzying club weapon. To close out the EP, Lunoe dips into the hard-hitting sounds of techno, joining forces with Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs on “Peach Fuzz” for a heady and hazy end to Saturday Love.
