YetepFormer audio engineer and lifelong dance music connoisseur Dillon Nathaniel is a house music magician. His blistering basslines and hypnotic grooves throughout the years have earned him recognition from dancefloor tastemakers like Lee Foss, MK, Chris Lake, and more.
For his latest record, Nathaniel gathered an ensemble cast of collaborators. Featuring Rowetta, Dantiez, and King Saaidi, “The Rave Years” harnesses an uplifting groove and nostalgic elements, cementing the tech house tune as a quintessential dancefloor weapon. Released via Sacha Robotti’s imprint Slothacid, listen to the track below:
Speaking about the record, Nathaniel took to his Instagram, “We wanted to take it back to a time where the music was all about the groove, no gimmicks. Back to the days where we would all rave in a warehouse with one strobe light and dance to one kick drum.”
Catch Dillon Nathaniel at this year’s Dusk Music Festival in Tucson, from November 11th-12th. See the full lineup and get your tickets here!
