Yetep“Out in the streets, they call it MERTHERRRR.” Quite honestly, I have no idea what this means but I still absolutely love this song. I’ve heard the demo passed around at DJ sets for awhile now and I’m glad it’s finally released. In collaboration with Defected Records, “MERTHER” is probably one of my favorite tracks this year. With an already impressive catalog and more releases like this one, Mau P is set to establish himself permanently in the scene if he hasn’t already.
2024 has been a big year for Mau P. He’s had some huge releases including “Receipts” with Diplo and Gunna and the independent release of “BEATS FOR THE UNDERGROUND” as well as “On Again.” He’s been booked for events including Tomorrowland, EDC, and even Burning Man. As for the Arizona crowd, you might’ve had the chance to see him last year for Super Unnatural, but if not you’ll be able to see him at Decadence this year. It’s worth it to watch one of his sets on his YouTube channel as well so you know what you’re in for.
Go check out “MERTHER” out now on all platforms, and be sure to grab your Decadence tickets to see him live this NYE!
