Dubloadz & Hekler Team Up for Memorial Day Weekend Takeover at Sunbar Tempe

Hekler has released several neck-breaking EPs like HEK SZN, What The Hek, and Mirrors, a 2017 collaborative EP with industry titan WHIPPED CREAM. This EP served as their simultaneous debut into the EDM scene. “Work It” starts out triumphant and euphoric, but plunges head first into a glitchy computer dimension. Heavy bass waves and ominous clicks/rings radiate from the core of the track. This one is INTENSE.

Dubloadz recently dropped his second album, SAVAGEWONK4EVER through Meat Game Records. A 30-track adventure that explores surreal, heavy, and dreamy landscapes. Blending sploink-seasoned horror with fantasy in an effective combo. “Pooh Bear Riddim (Oh Botha!)” paints the honey-loving bear in a new light. Matching samples of his voice with satisfying wubs and buzzing bass bees. Giving Pooh plenty of honey as the beat melts the walls around him. “Plant Food” and “YO! Unrelease This!” also stand out as album highlights. Blending ice cream truck jingles with heavy drums and brain-melting bass.
