YetepNext week, YehMe2 makes his Relentless Beats debut at Trapfest, and you’re in for a treat. The mysterious producer and DJ is no rookie. From 2006 to 2016, Josh Young was one-half of the legendary Flosstradamus. He left Flosstradamus in December 2016 to pursue a solo career, which is an admirable move on Young’s part. YehMe2 debuted into the world of dance music with his mixtape, Steal This Mixtape, and it’s a banger. The 50-minute mix shows the creative abilities of Young. YehMe2 maintains that trap vibe that everyone’s grown to love while still getting experimental with different BPMs and genres. The Chicago-based DJ has gone on to produce two more “Steal This Mixtape” mixes and a ton of other remixes.
Since the release of the first Steal This Mixtape, Youngs showed no signs of slowing down anytime soon. Although the day of Flosstradamus is behind Young, his new project is opening new doors for the artist. He’s already played some impressive festivals, like Hard Summer and Shaky Beats Music Festival. You’ll have a chance to witness YehMe2 for yourself in Phoenix (July 28th) and Tuscon (July 27th) at Trapfest 2018 with Boombox Cartel and more. Grab tickets in the city links and we’ll see you on the dancefloor!
