YetepDack Janiels, better known as Tanner, was born and raised in the Bay Area. Dack comes from a background of being a Semi-Pro Skater and listening to excessive amounts of ‘gangster’ rap as a rebellious adolescent. After discovering bass music, Dack set out to craft his own blend of hard crushing bass and gangster vibes by pursuing an education in music production at ICON Collective. As a graduate of Icon Collective, he was able to hone and perfect his craft as Dack Janiels. He has grabbed attention from bass fans all over the world, for both his production and skills on the decks. Dack later co-founded the collective ‘40oz Cult’ – a group of young Pro-Skaters and DJ/Producers. The 40oz Cult collective is known for their releases, self-branded shows, and their highly anticipated clothing brand. Dack Janiels and his 40oz Collective define the term Anti-Establishment. Dack has released on labels such as Never Say Die, Disciple Round Table, Buygore, Firepower, and is set to release an EP later this fall. With coming off his destructive set at EDC, he will be showcasing numerous 40oz Cult shows later this fall and playing Insomniac’s Nocturnal Wonderland on the Bassrush Stage. Dack is on the path to cause havoc and melt the faces of all Cult members.
