YetepSander van Dien, better known as First State, released a sexy house number this past Monday that’ll have you seeing stars! I guess the song is aptly named.
This song from his forthcoming studio album brings you into a moody piano riff, reminiscent of an Evanescence tune from the mid-2000s. Add EDM. The slight lift with the beautiful voice of Sarah Howells slips into a house chorus with a pop-y groove to it.
Seeing Stars is the epitome of the put-your-hand-in-the-air, house anthem that one would hear at a festival’s Main stage. You know, the song that introduces feelings of together-ness and connection that people feel in a massive crowd, all moving in sync with each other.
First State’s full studio album will drop later this summer on Black Hole Recording’s Magik Muzik. Until then, enjoy this gem!
