YetepRemix Recall is back! We couldn’t go another week without shedding the spotlight on one of the best producers on the planet, Chris Lake! Known for his massive house tunes and unforgettable remixes, Chris Lake has built a massive discography since his start in 2002. He’s had tracks that have been Billboard chart-toppers, a platinum record, a Grammy nomination, and is even the founder of his own label, Black Book Records.
Chris Lake has given us golden remixes to tracks like Calvin Harris’ “How Deep Is Your Love”, Tove Lo’s track “Disco T**s”, and “Who Are You?” with Miane. We’ve seen him release monster collaborations with major artists like Deadmau5, Sia, and even Lady Gaga. It came to no surprise to see that he just shared the first official remix of Swedish House Mafia and The Weeknd’s smash hit “Moth To A Flame”. Legends attract legends.
Listen to Chris Lake’s remix of “Moth To A Flame” below:
This is a speaker blasting kind of remix. No seriously, Chris Lake literally blew out his car speakers when he first tested the track. It was definitely worth it, because now he has another remix made of solid gold under his belt! Keeping The Weeknd’s smooth and sensual vocals but adding in a wavy bassline gave this track a thumping energy lift. “Moth To A Flame” has suddenly turned into the next big club-ready number one!
