YetepBlossom is one of the most inspiring young female DJs that has bust onto the scene in a big way in the past three years. From starting out in house, Blossom slowly transitioned to playing more Drum and Bass around the Covid lockdown. During this time, she was hosting weekly radio style streams where she explored many different genres and mix styles. Finding her home in Drum and Bass, the rest is history. Blossom, an Arizona local, had impressed those all across the globe with her production abilities and DJ skills. This international rise to stardom opened many different doors for Blossom, including putting her in contact with one of the largest record labels in the world in UKF. The UK drum and bass, dubstep, and bass label was one of the foundational labels throughout the late 2000’s and early 2010’s. Their influence has never slowed down, from the best of compilation albums many of us remember buying in iTunes to their most recent releases, UKF has always been at the forefront of EDM. Blossom has teamed up with UKF to bring us her most recent single, “Stay.” With ethereal vocals and an upbeat drumline, there is not much to improve upon with this drum and bass anthem.
Blossom’s most recent single, “Stay,” is a great example of how she is able to combine upbeat tempos with meaningful lyrics to create something unique. There is no telling how far Blossom will go with this partnership with UKF. Now that she has found a home in drum and bass, Blossom is sure to continue to release some of the best and most fresh releases this year; “Stay” is just the beginning. Blossom will be heading to Revel in Albuquerque on July 26th and then to Gentle Ben’s in Tucson on July 27th. Don’t sleep on your chance to see this AZ local live!
