ALLEYCVT Launches Into Orbit With Newest Drop, ‘Stratosphere’

Rapidly Rising Star ALLEYCVT continues her trajectory towards the stars with her newest release, “Stratosphere,” her SECOND headlining tour, The Feel It Tour and an upcoming EP. “Stratosphere” begins on a revving note atop a glistening, atmospheric backdrop. Perfect for the single’s space-themed cover art. According to the official YouTube description, ALLEYCVT’S “grandma was an astronomer & also my best friend, so i made this song for her.” This inspiration adds an extra layer of sentiment and depth to the intergalactic track. The kicks come in and speed up with shuffling instrumentals. Leading to a wubby drop with sizzling synths and laser effects.

The chorus is followed by mid-tempo wonks, buzzes and choppy, choral elements for dramatic effect. With Alleycvt’s vocals strewn throughout. This track section is ever-shifting and representative of her evolving sound design. The track then reaches near-silence before being joined by gorgeous chimes and a SLICK guitar lick. Reminiscent of her previous track, “Electric Shock” This bridge begins with Alleycvt’s signature soaring vocals.

“Just tell me you’ll be there. Just tell me you’ll be there OHHHH. Just tell me you’ll be there, when it’s over” with heavy vocal effects repeating the latter line. The drums come back with a vengeance over a melodic backdrop as the elements ramp up again. This drop starts off with a BANG as it launches into orbit. The guitar lick evolves into a full-blown guitar solo and is accompanied by chunky wubs and smashing drums. Blasting out of the gates with a bright crescendo and a unique time signature. Fading out with fluttering spirals.

This track is simply magnificent and continues Alleycvt’s pattern of high quality releases. Her production style and live stage presence were incredible to begin with, and she has only gotten more confident in her song-crafting skills and live performance abilities.
