Claude VonStroke Drops New Single Ahead of Return Album

After stepping away to focus on his bass-driven alias Barclay Crenshaw, Claude VonStroke is officially back in house music with new material and a full album on the way. As the founder of Dirtybird Records, alongside Justin Martin, VonStroke helped define the modern tech house sound and built one of the most recognizable brands in the genre. His catalog spans over a decade of releases that balance groove, character, and a distinct sense of humor that has always separated his music from the rest. Now returning under the Claude VonStroke name, he is stepping back into the lane that made him a staple on dancefloors worldwide.

The new single, “Two Line Groove,” picks up right where that legacy left off. Built around a steady, rolling bassline and signature vocal touches, the track leans into simplicity while keeping the rhythm locked in. It is a slower, controlled groove that builds naturally and keeps movement on the floor. The track sets the tone for his upcoming album, Wrong Number, scheduled for release this May. With this return, VonStroke is not reinventing his sound, he is refining it and delivering a record that feels familiar, confident, and ready for a full summer run.
