YetepInsomniac’s documentary project, Under the Electric Sky, has been selected to be screened at the Sundance Film Festival next month and is scheduled for a full release in the Spring of 2014.
Debuting in 3D, the first to do so at Sundance, the film is one of 118 films that was chose from the thousands of entries submitted to Sundance each year. The film documents specific characters, festival-goers who were followed throughout their trip from home through the EDC Vegas experience.
According to a post by Pasquale Rotella on the Insomniac homepage, Kaskade has been chosen to score the film alongside Jason Bentley as music supervisor and musical director.
So here it is, electronic music’s big screen debut. 345,000 people filled up the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, and now millions will be able to see what they missed out on…in 3D!
