YetepThe DJ to Watch of the week will be coming here this weekend for the Disciple Records Takeover at Nile Theater in Mesa, AZ alongside Barely Alive, Dubloadz, Astronaut and Dodge & Fuski on August 27th. I’d compare his music to the colossal Excision; just like him, his music gets me headbanging everytime. Without further ado, this week’s DJ to Watch is the mighty Virtual Riot.
One of my personal favorite Virtual Riot original tracks is “Running From The Cops” off his Machinery EP featuring Armanni Reign rapping over the track, making this dubstep track even more bada$$. If you like this song, check out “Rise Of The Robots” as well. An incredible Virtual Riot remix to check out immediately would be his remix of Flux Pavilion and Matthew Koma’s “Emotional.” Check that track out here.
Virtual Riots newest work is his Chemistry EP featuring one bass-heavy banger after the next. The EP features compilations with Funtcase, ShockOne, Dubloadz and the dubstep legend 12th Planet. Literally every track on this EP will get every basshead headbanging by the time the first drop hits.
