DJ Hanzel and Drezo Go One Deeper During Live Stream

Last week DJ Hanzel (Dillon Francis‘ deeper persona) and Arizona native Drezo got together to throw down an unbelievably deep mix at The Lab in Los Angeles as part of the Mixmag and Smirnoff Sound Collective. They opened with their unreleased collab, “Anxiety”. Drezo gave some love to fellow Phoenix DJ, Bijou, dropping his track “Hello” just minutes in. Drezo also dropped some originals including his “Forgot About Dre” remix. DJ Hanzel played just a little of “Anywhere” before remembering who he was and returning to the deep side. Every drop seemed to go deeper than the one before it, although it looked effortless from my side of the screen.

It was a pleasure to see so many people tuning in to catch the live stream. Don’t worry if you missed it though, you can still “go one deeper” with the full hour and a half recording below:

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen them work together; earlier this summer they released a remix of Dillon and NGHTMRE‘s “Need You” that just got us excited to see what this duo could do. They also made an exclusive single, “Anxiety”, that was pressed to vinyl and sold at auction with all proceeds going to the VH1 Save The Music Foundation. We can’t wait to see more from this pair in the future.
