YetepUnique and experimental newcomer K?d has been absolutely killing it since his explosion onto the scene about a year ago. The young producer has already collaborated with huge up and comers including REZZ, Phil Good, RKCB and has already played at several big events including Miami Music Week and Buku in New Orleans, and is headed for events including Paradiso and EDC this summer.
Just under a month ago, K?d released a stunning single titled “Glitch Boy,”and he’s not stopping there. Just released, is a spooky collaborative effort with Varien, “Catherine.”
Like most of K?d’s creations, the new tune plays mind games, sounding sort of like a sad robot. Starting off with a looming intro, ‘Catherine’ is then led into a complex and ominous bass drop, once again proving that K?d is one to be reckoned with.
K?d joined us for 2017’s Phoenix Lights Festival, and last weekend at Albuquerque’s #MDW Block Party with Steve Aoki, Slushii and Ookay, and we hope that’s not the end of his visits to Arizona. Stay tuned for more new music from K?d, because he’s on a roll.
