He produces music, DJ’s, is a mastermind on the turntables and has shared his talents with fans across the globe. Jake Osher, better known as Jayceeoh, is so much more than a DJ, and I’m going to help you get to know him a little bit better.
In 2013 Jayceeoh was crowned champion of VH1′s “Master of the Mix” TV show after competing on 10 episodes on the network in which he won a quarter of a million dollars and a 1-year contract as the official DJ of Smirnoff Vodka. Following the success of the show, J shifted his focus entirely to producing music and building his name in the trap and bass scene. Jayceeoh released his debut single, “DAMN,” a collab with fellow turntablist, DJ Scene, was released on “Fools Gold Records” in November of 2013.
Since then, he’s seen releases on Dim Mak, Buygore Records, Smog Records, Ultra Records, Atlantic Records, and his very own Super 7 Records. Jayceeoh then caught the attention of names like A-trak, Diplo, Bassnectar, MAKJ, and TJR to name just a few in 2014 with his bass heavy creations.
In addition to his busy tour schedule and production, he is also the creator of one of the most renowned and successful DJ mixtape series of all time, “Super 7,” which is a collaboration of some of the best DJ talents in the world. The Super 7 Series is critically acclaimed and has become an institution in the International DJ community. Some of the past guest DJs include NGHTMRE, TJR, TWRK, Jazzy Jeff, Gaslamp Killer, Z-Trip, Lookas, and Grandtheft.
Jayceeoh has maintained premier residencies for years across the country in some of the most notable venues in the United States. He’s also played in over 32 countries worldwide and on some of the biggest stages, including iHeartRadio Festival in Vegas, TomorrowWorld in Atlanta, EDC Mexico, Fresh Island Fest in Croatia, Das Energi in Salt Lake City, Lights All Night in Dallas, Hellow Festival in Mexico City, and Empire Music Festival in Guatemala. Jayceeoh regularly headlines at Drai’s Nightclub, The Light Nightclub, and DayLight Pool at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. As an LA native, he’s made headline appearances at Create Nightclub, Avalon, and Sound Nightclub, to name a few.
Jayceeoh is pretty much an electronic music pioneer and knows the industry like the back of his hand. He’s crazy talented, and we are so honored to host his appearance this Friday at the Gypsy Bar in Central Phoenix. Don’t miss your chance to see the legend in action! Grab tickets here.
