VOLAC Drops New ‘Russian Style’ EP

Russian duo, VOLAC, has been rising to the top since they first began in 2014. Just recently, the two announced their tour accompanied by a new EP titled Russian  Style. VOLAC will be kicking off in Seattle on February 2nd and will be making their way around North America, including a stop at Crush AZ. This EP features two songs that have everything from smooth vocals to tech house and grimey bass. The first track, “Russian Style” displays a unique build up with a heavy bass drop while the incredible TONYB on “Faith In You” gives the album a lighter musical touch that most Night Bass fans are usually deprived of. I definitely recommend giving it a listen to prepare for their highly anticipated upcoming performance.

Although VOLAC’s music is the main event, the duo has something else that sets them apart, too.  VOLAC has created an entire comic based off of two kooky animated characters that oddly resemble none other than VOLAC themselves. The animations introduce each of their VOLACAST podcasts. Every episode of this podcast features a guest mix from another one of Volac’s talented friends. Not only does this show bring incredible beats to the table, old and new, but it also adds a lot of fun with these outgoing, animated dudes.
