Luttrell’s ‘Intergalactic Plastic’ is Stellar

Luttrell‘s three-track EP Intergalactic Plastic is his first release of 2018 and it’s out of this world. Luttrell showcases his peak-time sound across three melodic cuts: “What You Are”, “Wake Me Up Tomorrow”, and the single the album is named for, “Intergalactic Plastic”. The album follows his acclaimed single “Contact” which gained enormous support from Annie Mac on BBC Radio 1. To celebrate the release, Luttrell will play 20 shows across North America, supporting Above & Beyond and Lane 8 on their respective tours.

Luttrell’s unique brand of melodic techno has racked up over 3.9 million streams on Spotify. His initial music influencers include Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana, and The Prodigy, but it was a semester spent studying in Berlin that drew him to techno. In addition to Annie Mac, Pete Tong, Kolsch, and Joris Voorn have all championed the San Fran producer. His productions are inspired by everything from the sunsets in his hometown of San Francisco to DJing at Burning Man.

Luttrell is a mainstay of the Anjunadeep touring family and plays major venues on both sides of the Atlantic, from Exchange in LA to London’s Phonox. This year he has already played Holy Ship, and he will support Above & Beyond and Lane 8 on their US tours. More major festival slots will be announced, but for now, you can satisfy your Luttrell sweet tooth by listening to his new EP on repeat.
