Snails Speeding Onto The Scene

Snails is a Montreal-based producer and DJ who pushes a forward-thinking brand of dance music combining hip-hop rhythms, dirty bass lines and off-kilter sound design. Snails recently dropped his #FREETHEVOMIT EP with a free download for all three songs as a thank you to his fans. The EP includes ‘Murda Sound’, ‘The King Is Back VIP’ with Ghastly, and ‘VMPR’ all of which feature Snails’ signature Vomitstep sound.

His first tracks appeared online in 2012 on Canadian label Kannibalen Records. Since then he has amassed a burgeoning fanbase of snail-heads and bass-lovers from all over. His latest original tracks that have all gone viral, “Dirty Raxxx”, “KRMT” and “RUBBR” blend hypnotic melodies, huge drops and mind-bending sample manipulation into a tight, dance-floor friendly package.

Snails will be making stops at Moonrise Festival, Electric Zoo, Nocturnal Wonderland, TomorrowWorld, as well as many other big events and is definitely an act for any bass-head to see if you get the chance. With heavyweights like Skrillex, Diplo, Datsik, Excision, Flosstradamus and many more supporting his fresh new sound, Snails looks primed to bring his unique take on dance and bass music to the world.
