YetepSpinnin’ Records has always been known as one of the most major influencers in electronic dance music and with good reason. The imprint is home to hundreds of sub-labels and late last month they added yet another to their impressive repertoire!
Welcome British artist Kryder who, in conjunction with Tom Staar, is launching his own label via Spinnin’ Records entitled Cartel. This new imprint aims to fight the establishment and is doing so with their first release, “The Chant.”
“The Chant” is a tribal infused collaboration from Kryder and Eddie Thoneick featuring heavy drum patterns and a lyrical chant that insists that listeners coalesce and move along with the image which the song so accurately portrays.
Hailing from Great Britain, Cartel kingpin Kryder continues to build on an incredible 2015 after emerging victorious at the IDMA’s with a win for his track “De Puta Madre,” as well as performances at Tomorrowland, Creamfields, and Nature One. Cartel made its debut this Spring at WMC in Miami with its sold out launch party and is quickly claiming territory all around the world!
