YetepThe Filet Mignon tour is just a few days away. Featuring performances from Aazar, Dombresky and Point Point it’s a guaranteed good night and we can barely contain our excitement. Just in time for the weekend is some new music from Aazar and Dombresky that’ll have your pregame feelin’ right.
Aazar just released a silky smooth track titled “Different,” and it’s, well.. a bit different. His usual trap flair is present but laid back and minimal. The ambient vocal samples lead to a stellar drop followed by bass and addictive percussive beats. It’s the perfect track to start close out Summer or start your night.
Fresh this week is a new tune from Dombresky and Malaa out on Confession. Dombresky is no stranger to Confession, with his label debut in 2015 with ‘Wait’ and tying off 2016 with a massively successful release of “Utopia,” but this may be our favorite yet. “Hostyl” combines Malaa’s recent tech-house and minimal elements with Dombresky’s hard hitting bass-house swings and chops. Commencing with a hypnotic lead, melodic build up then breaking down to dark swinging chops, ‘HOSTYL’ incorporates the signature Confession house sound with G-House and Bass house elements coined by both producers.
The Filet Mignon tour hits Monarch Theatre on Saturday, the 19th. Get your last minute tickes here.
