YetepFor being part sloth, Sacha Robotti has been awful busy lately. Earlier this year he dropped the Melato Nina Dirtybird EP and recently started his North American Sloth Acid Tour. In between seemingly non-stop shows, he’s been hard at work in the studio working on another EP, Believe In Me, which released just last week. The doubleheader EP consists of new singles “Believe in Me” and “The Solstice,” and will surely be heating up dance floors across the country this fall.
“Believe in Me” is a dark number with ominous vocals layered over energetic, infectious bass that Mr. Robotti is so well known for, while “Solstice” is a wonkier house tune, perfect for those late nights into early mornings spent on the dancefloor. 2017 has been a wild year for Slotha, I mean Sacha, Robotti, indeed.
Sacha Robotti’s Sloth Acid tour is making a stop in Phoenix this weekend. He’ll be going until 3 am at Monarch’s Scarlet Room. Get your last minute tickets here.
