YetepSome of the best things in life come from France: champagne, baguettes, macaroons. The newest addition to the list is French indie-electronic producer CloZee, a talented artist who has carved out her very own signature sound within the world bass corner of dance music. You may have seen her in the festival circuit during one of her many appearances at Bonnaroo, Electric Forest, and Coachella’s Do LaB stage. If you haven’t heard her name yet, remember it now, because this artist is rapidly rising to the top.
Comparable to live acts like The Glitch Mob and Gramatik, CloZee embraces sounds that aren’t typical but blends them into a unique audible masterpiece. Now, the rising composer is about to drop her debut, full-length album, Evasion, as well as embark on a world tour, which kicks off this September. With stops in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, and right here at Tempe’s own Shady Park, fans all over the world will get a glimpse into what’s to come on the Evasion album.

What we know so far about the upcoming Evasion is that it’s an eclectic culmination of CloZee’s travels, with cultural influences from every corner of the globe.
“It invites the listeners to discover the richness of their own imagination thanks to the very different influences: a night in the streets of Tokyo, a dancer, a beach of Les Landes, a stormy evening in the mountains, the jungle of Costa Rica, the #MeToo movement, the Nevada desert…”
We are excited to see what CloZee has in store for us when she heads to Shady Park in Tempe this November. You can purchase tickets here.
