YetepDenver-based house artist Lane 8 received abundant praise from fellow artists, tastemakers, and fans alike for his highly anticipated album, Little By Little, released just this past January. The album was home to iconic original Lane 8 mixes like “No Captain” and “Stir Me Up,” and took listeners on a musical journey from beginning to end. Picking up right where he left off, Lane 8 is continuing that journey with the release of a remix package for Little By Little, featuring fresh takes on his original music from the likes of Dirty South, ATTLAS, Fairchild, and more. Take a peek below.
Fans may recognize a few of the remixes from the 10-track package, as Lane 8 has been throwing them into various sets here and there. He’s already released both Dirty South’s and Anderholm’s remixes of “No Captain” as well as Ben Böhmer‘s take on “Hold On.” The rest of the package breathes new life into each original track and Lane 8 even showcases his own label’s talent, with Khaen’s and Avoure’s remixes of “Stir Me Up.”
You will get a chance to dance as the sun sets to Lane 8 as he heads to the valley for the very first Origins music festival on Saturday November 17, featuring Duke Dumont, Justin Jay, Nora En Pure, and more. Grab your tickets here.
