Spin It Back Saturday: Alesso & Dirty South – ‘City of Dreams’

Oh Alesso, how you make us woe. Your big room progressive house vibes and pop-loving tribes make us swoon. No one does it quite like you. Honoring this great as today’s Spin It Back Saturday has us reminiscing on some of those Alesso-breed bangers that mark the sound of an era.

6 years ago Alessandro Lindblad teamed up with Serbian-Australian DJ, record producer, Dirty South to create a tune that reverberates out of a decade and into a new one. Their track, “City Of Dreams” evokes hope, passion and all with the beautiful melody to back it.  Most songs that hit the 5 year mark go into the archives and stay buried in long forgotten playlists, but not this one. Forever ringing from the main stage or the party speaker, “City Of Dreams” is celebrated today and Saturdays to come.
