YetepIt’s the beards versus the barbers, and we know where Hairitage stands. The producer’s latest EP Anti-Shave is out now and features five tracks, including the previously released single “Get Up On It.” It’s an eclectic collection that showcases something unique on each track. Listen below.
“Casablanca” has boisterous percussion builds similar to that of a swing band, “Big Balls” boasts a trap-leaning bassline, while “Anti-Shave” features sweeping synths, and “How Many Badmans I Gotta Make” provides deep, guttural wubs. With the Anti-Shave EP, Hairitage demonstrates his versatility and a skillful production that only comes through experience. He continues to push the boundaries of bass music with his genre-defying releases.
Anti-Shave comes just months after Hairitage’s Sin City EP, which has over 200K streams to date. In addition to “Get Up On It” and Anti-Shave, Hairitage has previously released three singles on Subsidia: “Death Kneel,” “Oh No!” and “Danger Block.” Hairitage recently played at Forbidden Kingdom in Florida and has upcoming appearances at ILLfest and Lost Lands, in addition to a recently announced tour with Whales, making a stop here in Tempe, Arizona!
Whales and Hairitage will be performing at AURA on September 17th. Get tickets here.
