YetepAfter billboards were spotted in New York City, Melbourne, and Stockholm hinting at a new track, the revolutionary progressive house group Swedish House Mafia released “It Gets Better” on July 15th. The legendary trio, made up of Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso, and Steve Angello, first split in 2012 and have only reunited for a surprise set at Ultra Music Festival 2018 since then, so the announcement of a reunion and new music has the electronic community in shock!
“It Gets Better” is the perfect return, with a combination groovy-upbeat house, drums, catchy vocals, and a funky drop that’ll leave you humming the song throughout the entire day. Listening to the new hit has filled us with a whole lot of nostalgia, as it brings us back to the days of big house, when “Don’t You Worry Child” left us without a care in the world.
The trio have since released another single “Lifetime,” leaving us all hopeful for even more music to come.
