YetepSouthern house gem Sage Armstrong recently released a two-track EP, titled Party Started, in tandem with New York-based DJ and producer Chuwe. The high-energy, dancefloor-ready EP is markedly the debut release with renowned label Thrive Music for both of the rising artists.
Teased by Sage in his Okeechobee set back in March, “Party Started,” featuring vocals from rapper SKYXXX, is a buzzing bass house banger with a pounding beat and electrifying synths. The fiery second track, “La Cama,” maintains the bouncy bassline from its precedent track but boasts groovy, funky synths that create a bubbly soundscape. Check it out below!
Sage Armstrong’s unique interpretation of house music has earned him recognition and support from Dirtybird founder Claude VonStroke and label champion Justin Martin. A look through Sage’s catalog will reveal a collection of dynamic songs featuring original vocals, bold basslines, and bouncy beats that keep you on your dancing feet. And he’ll be bringing the party back to Tempe!
Get ready to groove with Sage Armstrong as he gets the party started at Darkstar on Sunday, June 12th. Click here for tickets.
