Mustard and Nick Jonas Collab on Delicious New Track

Nick Jonas, mustard, and feel-good synths are all things that automatically make my mouth water. Too weird? Anyway, those three things recently combined to satisfy my appetite. Electronic producer Mustard, previously known as DJ Mustard, is usually known for creating upbeat party tracks, but on this new tune he demonstrates his talent and diversity. Combined with the silky, sultry voice of Nick Jonas, “Anywhere” is a song that fans of both pop and electronic music can indulge in. Yum.

“Anywhere” is the first release of the year for both Mustard and Nick Jonas, and it’s obvious this was worth the wait. Nick Jonas has been wooing my heart since his Jonas Brothers days, and with “Anywhere” I’m falling in love all over again. His voice is thick and sweet like dripping honey as he serenades with his lyrics. The electronic side of this track is not what we’ve come to expect from Mustard. It’s a blend of electropop and future bass, with euphoric synths underneath the smoothness of Nick Jonas’s high-pitched vocals. I hope that we can expect more collabs like this from Nick Jonas in the future and that Mustard’s refreshed name also brings a refreshed sound.
