YetepA fresh duo of former Drum & Bass producers Maximono from London and Hannover have arrived on the House scene, causing all sorts of chaos with their dance-evoking, body-wiggling sound. Their ‘no rules’ mix of bass music, hip hop, jungle, trap and even oriental beats allow them to make tracks that cease conversations in their tracks and turn heads. Their latest remix of Go Freek’s “Time” exemplifies their inability to play it safe in the studio and created something, well, awesome.
In its original form, Go Freek whipped up a minimalistic beat that tends to the high frequency of things. The track landed in the top 20 on the ARIA Club Chart and was supported by Anna Lunoe, Claptone, Lee Foss, Don Diablo, Treasure Fingers and more! Now with Maximono on the remix, “Time” got a heavy dose of groovy vibes. Check it below.
Dying to hear more? You can catch MAXIMONO at Shady Park this July. Grab your tickets here.
