YetepSteven Zhu is back and better than ever before. After a long year of releasing numerous singles, remixes and even a brand new EP, Ringo’s Desert PT.1, Zhu surprised listeners when he dropped “Coming Home (feat. Majid Jordan)” earlier this month. “Coming Home” stays true to Zhu’s signature style while still getting experimental with Majid Jordan’s somber and healing lyrics.
With both of their forces combined, they create a beautifully balanced ballad of electronic funk. The song is straight to the point and expresses the love these two have when coming back home to their special someones. Like most of the mysterious singer and songwriter’s music, “Coming Home” is sensual and seductive, and makes for the perfect bedroom banger or nightclub hit. After debuting the song at Lightning in a Bottle earlier this year, the infectious work of art is finally available on all streaming platforms.
The Desert Cowboy is bringing the funk to the Sonoran desert for TWO nights of soulful and vibey dancing at The Van Buren on September 16th (SOLD OUT) and October 24th (Tickets Still Available!) Grab tickets here!
