YetepHome to some of the best talent in the game, Deadbeats kills it with their third compilation, again filled with a wide variety of artists. Holding both larger and undiscovered names, these 12 tracks mean business and could end up introducing you to your next new favorite face in music.
Zeds Dead has done an amazing job curating his label so far. Though the label is new, it has been attracting talent from all over, even recently signing Arizona’s very own LICK. This compilation involves a variety of sounds, from heavy hitters to music that you just can’t put in a specific genre. In other words, if you are looking for fresh new music, this stuff is gold.
Excellent standouts include Blunts & Blondes “Smooth Shanka,” Rome in Silver‘s “Glass,” Gentlemens Club “Keep it simple” and SoDown‘s “Eskimo” with Mr. Bill. SoDown’s song takes the cake for most addicting tune, doing what he usually does in surprising us all with his sick versatility. Rome in Silver is in his own lane, closing out the compilation with a wavy yet intense track. This one sets itself apart from the rest, as it takes 10 left turns hitting multiple different genre drops, rounding out an amazing project.
