Richard Durand Launches ‘Versus The World’ Radio Show

One of EDM’s most innovative concept creators, Richard Durand, is about to spin his methodology of “Versus the World” in a radio show and podcast!

Last Friday, February 22, Versus the World (VTW) took to the air and is more feature-rich than ever.  Durand is increasing guest artist participation, like most, and digging even deeper with EDM’s sub-genres.

“I’ve loved every minute of my time mixing and presenting the In Search of Sunrise radio show,” Durand explained. “It’s been a great experience and we’ve shone the light on some amazing music.”

VTW is set to air on a monthly basis and will be available through various platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, Soundcloud and iTunes.  As the show progresses, it will eventually become a weekly occurrence and hopefully take shape of a few different formats.

“This new radio show comes at a time when I’ve just begun early stage work on the 2013 In Search of Sunrise mix-comp (a series to which I remain fully committed) and my new album,” Durand said.  2013 is going to be an incredibly exciting year; I look forward to bringing these and other projects to clubs, festivals, radio stations and download stores throughout!”

Durand hopes to explore a much-expanded scope of musical styles with the VTW radio show.  After 100+ shows, Durand is ready to change things up!
