YetepKorean-American DJ, producer, and vocalist SOHMI emerged onto the scene just last year with fresh releases on renowned labels like Nothing Else Matters and Astralwerks, as well as collaborations like “Somebody Like You” with Lubelski and RYBO and “Sunday Sunset” with Josh Butler. Fresh off her EP release on Yotto’s new imprint, Odd One Out, SOHMI is continuing her hot streak with her latest release, a collaboration with Booka Shade called “Small Talk (Okay).
Combining SOHMI’s infectious, distinct vocals with Booka Shade’s expertly refined production skills, resonant synths, and bubbling bass patterns, “Small Talk (Okay)” oozes with energy from the first melody and offers yet another quality collaboration via Booka Shade’s Blaufield Music imprint.
Check out “Small Talk (Okay)” below.
SOHMI will be joining Dubfire, Lee Foss, and Anabel Englund as support for the Chris Lake x Fisher Under Construction event this Sunday, May 30th at Rawhide Event Center in Chandler. Click here for tickets!
