YetepFans of Svdden Death were in for quite a surprise a few weeks ago after Svdden Death dropped his VOYD remix album. Voyd Vol. 2.5 was an instant hit, with some of the longest awaited remixes of the iconic Voyd Vol. 2 album which was released in 2022. Little did they know that there was a part 2 of the album already in the works. After telling fans that VOYD Vol. 2 (Part II) was the final VOYD release, he immediately dropped a part 3 of the album the next day. With no social media campaign as for the first 2 parts, Part 3 has been the icing on the cake for the best dubstep remix album of all time.
From the sheer length, 76 songs, to the wide array of genres that the remix album spans, Voyd Vol. 2.5 (Part III) seems to be the final piece of closure that fans needed to wrap their heads around all of the new Voyd music. This Part III is the final piece of the Voyd Vol. 2 puzzle. To say that it is the perfect way to wrap up the album would be an understatement. From the very get go, the single and remixes on Part III were ones that we were waiting for. The closing song from the first ever b2b between vym3 and Svdden Death, “Prelude III: Devastating” is currently tied for my favorite song of all time, the other being SYFM with Pyke which was released on Voyd Vol. 2.5. Another fan favorite, the grape milk remix of “Kereberot” is a perfect example of how creative producers and musicians can get with remixes. It also is a great display of how to remix a song into a completely different genre. This was first played at Voydome as the closing song to the VOYD set at the end of a crazy weekend. Do not miss Voyd Vol. 2.5 (Part III), out NOW!
