Norris Division

Justin Shiba and David Epstein make up the DJ/Production duo Norris Division. Each of them have over 3 decades of experience preforming as DJs. Lucky enough to have learned the craft from vinyl, both continue the art of precisely blending together intricate beats without the aid of technology.

Musically, Norris Division’s focus is creating intricate melodic groovy and intelligent progressive house. The two recently decided to join forces and created Norris Division as an outlet for their shared love for deep melodic progressive house.

Hailing from the Southwest United States, these two Midwest transplants have immersed themselves deep within the underground dance music scene of Phoenix, Arizona. David, a Motor City native and Justin, a Windy City native draw heavily on their hometown as the birthplace of techno and house respectively.

Veteran DJs within the Phoenix, AZ scene, David and Justin have held many residency’s through the last 3 decades as well as hundreds of opening gigs for a long list of the best touring DJs in the world. 2017 will be their breakout year as a production duo with an onslaught of future releases as well as tour dates as Norris Division.
