Lets Blow Up Some Dust All Across AZ for Trapfest Tucson (7/17 8pm) and Trapfest Phoenix (7/18   9pm)

It is always an exciting time when a large scale event like Trapfest comes along. This is a genre that has become one of the most sought after listening material when it comes to electronic music and it is clear why that is. With its roots in hip-hop, trap takes the best elements of hip-hop and blends them with the best elements of bass music to create a hybrid of these two genres that has absolutely undeniable appeal.

In it’s third year with Relentless Beats, Trapfest has previously catered to its audiences with the likes of UZ, Etc! Etc!, Ookay, Tropkillaz, and more. This year the festival will play host to Brillz, Lookas, and Sikdope in Tucson and to Bro Safari, Brillz, and Sikdope in Phoenix. Each of these artists have made names for themselves by crafting some of the most memorable tracks in trap’s short but prosperous history. Bro Safari achieved massive success with his track “The Drop”, Brillz has been a member of OWSLA and also is a top contributor to the Twonk team mixtapes, Sikdope aided Borgore in his creation of “Unicorn Zombie Apocolypse”, and Lookas has played a number of massive festivals around the world.

Each of these artists brings with them a signature sound that you are absolutely not going to want to miss. If you are a trap fan, Arizona is the place to be this weekend. Get ready to feel the earth rattle underneath your feet!
