YetepCollecting the chorus of ravers across the world, Fatboy Slim & Riva Starr threw together the drunken ramblings of a guy that they ran into at a vinyl shop in Brooklyn. Now, we have lyrics that rung from the Las Vegas Motor Speedway throughout EDC weekend.
Nothing like a three-day bender to get a set going!
The hypnotically instructive lyrics mixed with a dirty bass line pushes you to laugh at the guy going off on his tangents, while rocking to the beat of the song.
The acidity of the house seeps in, and the eloquent (sarcasm*) words of random vinyl store guy continue to flow, from one piece of info to the next.
“So like this clown started covering us in silly string and we were all like writhing around on the floor, at least I thought we were,” says the guy. “And then this cat walked in, you know, not like a cat but like a feline cat, a real like, you know like, you know what I’m saying dog.”
Truer words have never been spoken.
The tune released on June 20, just in time for Vegas to be rolling with the tune through EDC. What a great weekend to eat, sleep, rave, get up the next morning and do it again!
