YetepCanadian future bass/dubstep duo Zeds Dead have been on a roll releasing singles in preparation for their Northern Lights Tour and Album. Over the past few months they have kept their fans happy with “Blame” done with Diplo, a collaboration with NGHTMRE, “Frontlines” featuring GG Magree, and now “Stardust” featuring Twin Shadow.
ZD teamed up with vocalist Twin Shadow who also accompanied them on 2014’s “Lost You,” and is featured again on the new album for “Lonliness”, for a dreamy electric tune that like their other recent releases shows Zeds Dead exploring with new styles. “Stardust” is a somber bass heavy track starting off with cracking vinyl sounds followed by sparkling synths and a guitar and acoustic drum line filled chorus.
The new album has confirmed to include appearances from the likes of Twin Shadow, Diplo, Pusha T and Weezer’s Rivers Cuomo. Northern Lights officially arrives October 14 through their own Deadbeats imprint, and you can catch DC and Hooks at the Marquee on October 27th making a stop on their Northern Lights tour.
